Bregvadze, Lasha

I studied in Onati back in 2003-04, later graduated from the EALT LLM program in Frankfurt am Main. After obtaining my doctorate I have been full professor at the Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Also I am director of the Tsereteli Institute of State and Law.
