Professor and Researcher with international experience in the field of Sociology of Law, Legal History, Critical Criminology, State Crimes and Transitional Justice, Law and Social Movements. PhD thesis in Sociology of Law defended in 2014 at the “Cesare Beccaria” Department of the Università degli Studi di Milano. Master's degree at the International Institute for the Sociology of Law of Oñati, Spain (2011). Participation since 2014 in research projects and funding in Brazil (CNPQ) and Europe (Marie Curie). Master and doctoral research scolarships at the International Institute for the Sociology of Law (IISJ) and at the Universitá degli Studi di Milano (UNIMI). Post-doctoral scholarship at Universidade La Salle in Brazil funded by CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior, Brazil). Sociolegal Field work experience in Spain, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Italy. Publications in international magazines and books. Teaching career in undergraduate and master studies. Has been (2019-2023) Professor in Modern and Contemporary Criminal Systems: Transitional Justice and History of Dispute Resolution(postgraduate) and Legal Anthropology (undergraduate) at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES).
Currently working as Postdoc/University Assistant at the Department of Legal and Constitutional History of the University of Vienna (Austria), teaching the courses: a)Transitional Justice; b) Legal Sociology and Anthropology
