Karpén, Harri

Harri Karpén is a PhD researcher in the faculty of law at the University of Helsinki. His main research field is comparative constitutional theory. Karpén’s ongoing research analyses the ontology of constituent power in a comparative context. He is especially interested in the foundational relationship between law and politics.
