Insurance: We recommend that each participant take out travel insurance, at his/her own cost, to cover possible accidents or illness. EU citizens, can obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) from their national social security administration. Due to the large number of visitors to the Institute each year, the IISL cannot be responsible for medical and hospital expenses.
Travel: Participants must make and pay for their own travel arrangements. The IISL will organise collective transportation for all participants from Bilbao airport, Bilbao city and the Zumárraga train station to Oñati and return at the times included in the Registration Form, for those participants who return form by the stated deadline for the workshop.
Cancellation expenses: The IISL will not be responsible for cancellation expenses of the trip. We recommend that participants contract a cancellation insurance.
Workshop cancellation: The IISL reserves the right to cancel the workshop for reasons of force majeure. If this is the case, the IISL will inform about its decision as soon as possible.
