Insurance: We recommend that each participant take out travel insurance, at his/her own cost, to cover possible accidents or illness. EU citizens, can obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) from their national social security administration. Due to the large number of visitors to the Institute each year, the IISL cannot be responsible for medical and hospital expenses.

Travel:  Before booking flights, please see the information about the bus services that will be organized from Bilbao (city and airport) on Sunday June 23rd and Wednesday June 26th. If you need additional information on how to get to Oñati, please write an email to workshop@iisj.es

Cancellation expenses: The IISL will not be responsible for cancellation expenses of the trip. We recommend that participants contract a cancellation insurance.

Meeting cancellation: The IISL reserves the right to cancel the meeting for reasons of force majeure. If this is the case, the IISL will inform about its decision as soon as possible.

Personal data
Demographic data are collected for statistical purposes to be able to report about participation in the Institute´s activities and its development over time.
This information, together with the name and surname, will be included in a list to be distributed among the participants.
This information is gathered for receipts. Tax office requests the Institute to issue invoices for the payments received, even if the person paying does not request an invoice.

Arrival and departure
If you will be joining any of the above mentioned bus services, please indicate below where you will be getting off the bus based on where you have booked your accommodation. Thank you.
Accommodation Residencia Antia
IMPORTANT: Preference for accommodation at the Residencia Antia will be given to those who also participate in the notary workshop. One month before the date of the meeting, you will receive a link for the payment of the accommodation in the residence by VISA / Master card through a secure payment gateway. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. The deadline for payment of the accommodation is 3 weeks before the meeting. Cancellation policy [+info]
Residencia Antia. All rooms have their own bathroom. Breakfast will not be served in the Residence. There is no daily cleaning service and there is no lift in the Residence.
If your reservation is for a double room, please, indicate the name of the accompanying person and if he/she is participating in the meeting.
Accommodation Hotel Ongi|Iraipe
The pre-reservation of 10 rooms at Hotel Ongi |Iraipe has been made. If you are interested in staying there, you can make your reservation through the Hotel's website Hotel Ongi | Iraipe or by writing an email to ongi@iraipehoteles.com including the code LPG_Meeting 2024. Rooms will be blocked until March 31 upon availability. The walking distance between the Hotel Ongi|Iraipe and the Institute is 2 minutes.
Accommodation EtxeAundi Hotel Boutique
The pre-reservation of 18 rooms at Hotel EtxeAundi Boutique has been made. If you are interested in staying there, you can make your reservation through the Hotel's website Hotel EtxeAundi Boutique or by writing an email to info@etxeaundi.com including the code LPG_Meeting 2024. Rooms will be blocked until March 31 upon availability. The walking distance between Hotel EtxeAundi Boutique and the Institute is 25 minutes. (The distance between the Hotel and the Institute is 2 kilometers). A bus service will be organized in the morning to transfer the people staying at the Hotel to Oñati and another one to return in the evening.

Dietary requirements
Registration fee
All participants have to pay the registration fee, regardless of whether they present a paper or do not participate in all day throughout the LPG meeting. The fee includes rent of the conference rooms, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, welcome pack , a guided tour, IT support and collective transport in the days and times listed in the arrival and departure section. 2 months and 3 weeks before the date of the meeting, you will receive a link for the payment of the registration fee by VISA / Master card through a secure payment gateway. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. The deadline for payment of the registration fee is 1 month before the meeting. Cancellation policy
RCSL members get a reduction of fees for the legal profession group meeting, as well as to all RCSL Conferences, ISA Conferences and the global socio-legal meetings.
