I am working  in Constitutional Law and European Research Department, the Institute of Law Studies of Polish Academy of Sciences.

My research area is constitutional law,  theory of public authority  and judicial reasoning.

I wrote few books on transitional justice in CEE, right to culture, freedom of press, numerous articles and chapters on constitutional law, particularly theory of power, electoral law, judicial reasoning, freedom of expression and cultural rights.

Currently I am working on two scientific projects:

Accountability as a category of constitutional law and practice (sponsored by Polish National Scientific Centre, 2019-2022)

Public morals as a legitimate aim to limit rights  in ECtHR and domestic case-law (within the programme Excellence in Legal Research., sponsored by Polish Ministry of Science).
