Issue nº 1 -after a special issue last February, numbered "1S"- of Oñati Socio-legal Series has just been published, under the title "Collective bargaining as collective action: the Spanish case in perspective". It has been coordinated by Prof. Julia López, from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). Coincidentally, the book edited by her, too, came out in the Oñati International Series in Law and Society (Bloomsbury-Hart) in March. Both are a result of the workshop that she conducted in the IISL in 2017.
The issue of Oñati Socio-legal Series includes contributions by some of the most respected scholars in labour law currently researching and teaching in Spanish universities, such as Miguel Rodríguez-Piñero Royo, Juan Pablo Landa, Sergio Canalda Criado, Alexandre de le Court, Edurne Terradillos Ormaetxea, Jaime Cabeza Pereiro, Eusebi Colàs-Neila & Josep Fargas Fernández, and Montserrat Solè Truyols.
