POR FAVOR ENVIE UNA FOTOCOPIA DE LA FACTURA DE SU BILLETE JUNTO A ESTE FORMULARIO Y ENVIELA ANTES DEL 19 DE MARZO DE 2020. LA FACTURA ORIGINAL Y EL BILLETE DEBEN SER PRESENTADOS A LA DIRECTORA ADMINISTRATIVA EN OÑATI.
