DEADLINE REGISTRATION FEE AND ACCOMMODATION 30 APRIL 2020.

Insurance: We recommend that each participant take out travel insurance, at his/her own cost, to cover possible accidents or illness. EU citizens, can obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) from their national social security administration. Due to the large number of visitors to the Institute each year, the IISL cannot be responsible for medical and hospital expenses.

I authorize the IISL to process my personal data in accordance to the Privacy Policy and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations in force. If you have any queries regarding the processing of your personal data or, if you wish to exercise your rights please contact legal@iisj.es. I give my express consent to my contact data being used for e-mail reception of information about the activities of the IISL. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you have the right to access your data whenever you request so.
I authorize the IISL to record or photograph my personal image and to include said images in the image archives of the IISL as well as any other work protected under copyright laws that I have carried out and handed in with the purpose of participating in the Institute’s activities, so they can be published on their website, virtual learning area, social media or similar pages, magazines, publications advertising the Institute and any other formats directly related to the IISL’s activities.

Travel
There will be a bus on Sunday June 28 departing Bilbao city (Hotel Domine) at 18:30 and Bilbao airport at 19:00 to Oñati for those participants who return the Registration Form and settle the payment in good time. You may also make your own arrangements. The Institute is not responsible for paying for such arrangements. For the departure on Wednesday July 1, there will be a bus departing Oñati at 11:30 destination Bilbao airport and city (Estación Bilbao Intermodal) .

Accompanying person-Buses
The accompanying persons can join the buses organised for the participants. There is a fee to be paid to the IISL per bus service. Please, let us know if this is the case and we will contact you. Thank you.
Accompanying person-Lunches and dinners
Accompanying persons can join lunches and dinners and they will have to pay for them directly at the restaurants.
Dietary requirements
Please, let us know about your dietary requirements and the ones of the accompanying person if proceed. Thank you.
Registration fee (by April 30, 2020)
The Registration fee to attend the meeting is €306.00 and includes: 2 lunches, 3 dinners (including the bus for Tuesday's dinner), 1 bus service to come to Oñati from Bilbao on Sunday June 28 and 1 bus service to get back to Bilbao on Wednesday July 1 for those who have signed up for the service(s). Registration is not complete until payment is received. Cancellations will be refunded if received within May 15, minus a €30.00 cancellation fee.

The payment of the Registration fee will be only be made by VISA or Master card. After receiving the form  you will receive an email with the instructions for secure payment with VISA or MASTER card.

Accommodation
Availability of 19 rooms in Residencia Antia , 15 rooms in Ongi Ostatua and 7 rooms in Hotel Torre Zumeltzegi
Booking accommodation will be based on the date of reception of the registration form and payment. All rooms have their own bathroom. Breakfast will not be served in the Residence. There is no daily cleaning service and there is no elevator in the Residence.

The payment of the accommodation at the IISL's Residencia Antia will only be made by VISA or Master card. After receiving the form and checking availability, you will receive an email with the instructions for secure payment with VISA or MASTER card.
