Accommodation
IMPORTANT: Booking accommodation will be based on the date of reception of the registration forms. We will book rooms, first at the residence, and the IISL will deal with the booking at Ongi ostatua if more rooms were needed. The accommodation will be paid by all the participants at the Administration Office during the registration, the first day of the workshop. Payment will be made in euro cash or with VISA / Master card.

If your reservation is for a double room, please, indicate the name of the accompanying person and if he/she is participating in the workshop.
Bus services and welcome reception
The accompanying person(s) can join the buses organised for the participants and the welcome reception. There is a fee to be paid per bus service and for the reception. Please, let us know if this is the case and we will contact you. Thank you.
Dietary requirements
Registration fee at the IISL
All participants have to pay tuition, regardless of whether they present a paper or do not participate in all day throughout the workshop. The fee includes two lunches, a welcome cocktail and collective transport Bilbao / Zumarraga - Oñati in the days and times listed in the travel section.
