Insurance: We recommend that each participant take out travel insurance, at his/her own cost, to cover possible accidents or illness. EU citizens, can obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) from their national social security administration. Due to the large number of visitors to the Institute each year, the IISL cannot be responsible for medical and hospital expenses.

Personal data
This information, together with the name and surname, will be included in a list to be distributed among the participants of the workshop.

I authorize the IISL to record or photograph my personal image and to include said images in the image archives of the IISL as well as any other work protected under copyright laws that I have carried out and handed in with the purpose of participating in the Institute’s activities, so they can be published on their website, virtual learning area, social media or similar pages, magazines, publications advertising the Institute and any other formats directly related to the IISL’s activities.

Accommodation
IMPORTANT: Booking accommodation will be based on the date of reception of the registration forms. We will book rooms, first at the residence, and the IISL will deal with the booking at Ongi ostatua if more rooms were needed. The accommodation will be paid by all the participants at the Administration Office during the registration, the first day of the workshop. Payment will be made in euro cash or with VISA / Master card. All those who are staying in Ongi Ostatua, will pay for the accommodation directly in the Hotel.
Residencia Antia. All rooms have their own bathroom. Breakfast will not be served in the Residence. There is no daily cleaning service and there is no elevator in the Residence. Ongi Ostatua. All rooms have their own bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. There is an elevator and air conditioning in Ongi Ostatua.
If your reservation is for a double room, please, indicate the name of the accompanying person and if he/she is participating in the workshop.
Bus services and welcome reception
The accompanying person(s) can join the buses organised for the participants and the welcome reception. There is a fee to be paid per bus service and for the reception. Please, let us know if this is the case and we will contact you. Thank you.
Dietary requirements
Registration fee at the IISL
All participants have to pay tuition, regardless of whether they present a paper or do not participate in all day throughout the workshop. The fee includes two lunches, a welcome cocktail and collective transport Bilbao / Zumarraga - Oñati in the days and times listed in the travel section.
All those who are members of the RCSL and have paid the fee by 31st December 2019 , will be considered under the reduced fee category of €130 . If this is not the case, they will have to pay for the regular fee of €150 .
