Ultima Ratio III

We met in February for a third, but not last, workshop on Ultima Ratio fantastically organised by Malen; The finno-sarro-basquish gathering delivered up to all expectations; perhaps we have not solved all problems concerning ultima ratio in the margins of the criminal law, perhaps we hqve not even solved a single one of them, but I believe we identified most of the issues and we had fun while doing so, Oñati is an ideal place for this type of gatherings, socially and intellectually.
